Item(s) is shipped by registered air mail or Speedpost (EMS) from Hong Kong to most of countries. Except Pre-order items, items will normally be shipped within 3 business days after payment is cleared. Order day is 0 day, and business day is Monday to Friday. Once items have been processed and shipped, an email with the shipment details and tracking number will be sent to your email address. The shipment information can be found in your account information.

Hong Kong Registered Air Mail is used to deliver your packages to most of countries. For Hong Kong Registered Air Mail, standard delivery time is 3 weeks (15 business days, business day: Monday to Friday) from the shipped date to arrive most of countries of the world. For Speedpost (EMS) service, standard delivery time is different on countries. Speedpost (EMS) standard delivery time is provided in delivery standard page for your reference. To Hong Kong, Tai Wan, and China, item(s) may be shipped by SF Express standard service. FigureParts are not able to control the delivery time once it is shipped. If it takes more than standard delivery time from the shipped date, please check with your local post office with the registered mail number that we provided to you. Please note that standard delivery time is not a guarantee delivery time, which is subject to situation of flight availability, customs clearance, aviation security check, etc as well as the territory coverage. FigureParts do not take any responsibility, if the actual delivery time is longer than provided standard delivery time.

Shipping & Handling Charges are calculated based on the shipping cost of Hong Kong Post. In order to make the S&H charge close to the shipping cost to your country, the S&H charge is vary by country. This means that the shipping costs of Asian countries are cheaper than Western countries due to shorter distances. The S&H charge is provided during check out process. Speedpost (EMS) service is also available for your selection during check out.

Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) is used for final payment. Approximate US Dollar is for reference only. The exchange rate is updated hourly. As the exchange rate is changed from time to time, for pre-order items if you want to settle the order payment at the time with good exchange rate, you can contact us at anytime. Please note that approximate US Dollar is not included any conversion and handling fee that your payment gateway may charge you.

Paypal or credit card payment through Paypal is accepted. Paypal is one of the most secure online payment methods in the world. For the credit card user, Paypal account is not needed for the secure credit card payment through Paypal website.

Except specify, all item(s) is new and sealed in original box. Some item(s) is even sealed in original brown shipper. The condition of the item(s) is stated clearly for every item in FigureParts. The stated item condition is the item condition when FigureParts ship the item(s). Please note that item(s) may be opened for custom check in your country. FigureParts have no right to not allow custom check in your country. Buyer must accept the item condition due to custom check.

Usually, item arrives in 3 weeks time. If you are not able to receive the item within 3 weeks, please contact us for the update. FigureParts will open a trace case in Hong Kong. In most cases, the item is just arrived late, and not lost. If the post office is confirmed that it is lost, FigureParts will send you another one, or refund you all money only if item is not available. However, there is no refund until there is a result from post office. It may take up to 2 months (usually within a month) to have a result. To save time, please contact us if you are not able to receive the item within 3 weeks. By buying this item, customer agree that no refund for the item until there is a result from the trace case.

All items are shipped from Hong Kong. The recipient is the importer of goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Customs clearance and all related fee/tax are the responsibility of the recipient. All applicable taxes and customs fees will be collected C.O.D. at the time of delivery. Failure to obtain necessary import permits or pay any of these fees may result in the seizure of the package by customs. If the goods are held by customs, it is deemed as delivery success. FigureParts is not responsible for any packages held or confiscated by the customs. No refunds will be issued for goods or shipping.

Please note that item(s) may be subjected to custom check. Item(s) may also be opened for custom check in your country. FigureParts have no right to not allow custom check in your country. Buyer must accept the item(s) condition due to custom check.

Some hot items go out of stock very fast, and the price varies from time to time. Pre-order is the best way to secure the price, quantity, and shipment fee of the goods. Once you place a pre-order, the quantity, price, and shipping fee of the goods are locked.

The shipping fee is shown when you do the pre-order. The shipping fee is different from the country. The shipping fee is locked once you place the pre-order. Therefore, you don’t have to worry about unexpected shipping charges due to overweight or oversize of the goods when it is arrived. Nowadays, most international shipping charges are calculated by weight and dimensions whichever is higher. Oversized item box may cause double or even triple shipping cost that is calculated by weight. To avoid unnecessary problems, we decide to bear this risk, and provide the fixed shipping fee which is calculated by weight when you do the pre-order.

Pre-order deposit is required for the order of pre-order items. Once you place the order, we purchase the item from our vendor on your behalf. Pre-order deposit is not refundable and cannot be switched to other items. Therefore, please make sure you understand the pre-order price, shipping cost, release date, dispatch time, and all related conditions and terms before you place the order.

An arrival notification will be sent to your email few days before the pre-order item is arrived at our warehouse. Unpaid balance and shipping fee must be paid within 14 days from the date of our arrival notification. Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled. Goods will be forfeited, and the pre-order deposit will not be refunded.

The release date and delivery time of the pre-ordered products are estimated time provided by the vendor. In most cases, items can be dispatched within the expected time frame. However, the release date and dispatch time may be delayed by the vendor. We have no control when the items will be arrived at our warehouse. Therefore, no compensation can be given for pre-orders that arrive late.

FigureParts's customers are covered by a 14 days return policy. This means FigureParts's customers are able to return the item within 14 days after the customer is received the item. The received date is based on the information of post office.

To be eligible for a return, the return item must be in the same condition that the customer received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This means that for the new item, the item must be sealed in original packing, unopen, unused, and must be in condition that is suitable for second sale as a new item.

All used items are rejected for return. For defective item, please refer to the defective item policy.

The customer must provide photos to show that the condition of the item is new and unopened.

For the return process, the customer must first contact us through the contact us page, and provide the email, order number, and the item name that would like to return. Our team will contact you through the provided email.

If the return is accepted, a return shipping address and RMA number will be provided. Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Item must be dispatched within 5 days by registered air mail once FigureParts approved the return request. Customer must provide registered number, and the item must arrived within 45 days from the day of return request approval. Item returned by surface mail service is not accepted.

For the return items, the item will be charged by 25% of item price for restock and handling fee.

FigureParts reserves all rights to reject the returned item. Item will be rejected if the item is not same as described in the email, is not same as provided photo(s), is not in the condition that is suitable for second sale as a new item, or returned without first get approval from FigureParts.

All unaccepted return items will be shipped back to the customer. Customer is responsible for second shipment fee. If the customer is not able to pay the second shipment fee within 14 days of payment notice, the item will be disposed and no refunds will be issued for goods or shipment.

If there are some defective parts, customer may exchange the defective parts in the following conduction:

1, Product must be covered in the standard manufacturer warranty period in Hong Kong. This means that for Hot Toys products, the defective parts can be exchanged only if Hot Toys still provides an aftersale service for that item in Hong Kong.

2, Customer must report the defective parts to FigureParts by contact us page within 3 days of product received. Otherwise, no exchange can be accepted.

3, Customer must dispatch the item within 3 days, and arrived in 3 weeks once FigureParts accepted the exchange. Otherwise, FigureParts may not able to exchange the item.

4, Customer is responsible for the shipping fee for both the item ship to Hong Kong and for the item ship back to the customer.

5, For the defects such as paint fading, cracking, oxidation, a wrinkle of clothing, etc. on the item. It is difficult to tell that whether it is product defects. FigureParts will try to exchange for the customer. However, FigureParts cannot guarantee that the item can be exchanged from the manufacturer, and also cannot guarantee that the item can be exchanged with the one that is satisfied by the customer.

6, Products are not exchangeable for artificial damage.

7, For Pre-owned products, and for the products that have been released for some time and are not covered in manufacturer after-sale service. For those items, it is not covered by the defective item policy since it is not able to exchange from the manufacturer.

8, All product is not refundable. FigureParts cannot guarantee that the item can be exchanged from the manufacturer, and also cannot guarantee that the item can be exchanged with the one that is satisfied by the customer.

If packet is undeliverable to your shipment address by any reason, the packet will returned to HK. Return shipment fee will be charged when the packet is shipped back to HK. Buyer has to pay for packet returned shipment fee (from your country to HK) and second shipment fee (from HK to your provided shipping address), if the packet is undeliverable and returned to HK due to the following reasons:

• Wrong address provided.
• Recipient is not at home and not able to pick up in the post office within the time frame.
• Recipient refused to receive the packet by any reason.
• Recipient refused pay customs tax (if any).
• Custom of your country returns the item.
• Post office is not able to deliver to your shipping address by any reason.

The returned packet is not able to ship again until the buyer settled the returned shipment fee and second shipment fee. If the buyer is not able to pay the returned shipment fee and second shipment fee within 14 days of payment notice, a partial item price will be refunded to customer. The item will be charged by 25% of item price for restock and handling fee, and deduce the return shipping fee. The initial shipping fee is not refundable.

FigureParts sells goods on this website and on eBay. Sometimes goods sell quickly and inventory is not able to updated in time. If the item is out of stock, FigureParts will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

Cancellation is allowed only if the order is placed within 24 hours and the item is not yet shipped. In any circumstances,10% of restock fee is applied to the item price for the cancellation. For pre-order items, deposit will not be refunded. Please contact us through contact us page with your order number for the cancellation.
